Worst experience ever. I had to wait 4 hours for the oil change service, and when I ask why it is taking so long, I was told they did not have the oil filter available. I had to leave the dealer without the job being performed. I had to return the next day to get the job done. During the four hours waiting, no one told me about the issue. I could have leave and re schedule the service for another day. Incredible!! More
