Dropped off my car for an oil change on 9/23/23. Upon doing inspection they called and said the battery did not pass and didn't have any in stock. They put me in a rental. Texted me 2 days later sa Upon doing inspection they called and said the battery did not pass and didn't have any in stock. They put me in a rental. Texted me 2 days later saying they were extending the rental for 2 more days (still waiting for battery). Then I heard NOTHING for weeks! I called the service department every couple of days just to be put on hold for quite a while. I finally emailed the GM on 8/19. Miraculously, the afternoon of 8/20 I got a text that my car was finished. When I picked up the car it was filthy and covered in bird crap!! Unfortunately, I didn't have time to ask them to wash the car. Very poor customer service and communication! More
