Service provided a list of request for repairs and I was explaining how I inquired about one last service visit. He stated you got it done for free, now you have to pay for it and walked away. I was not impressed by that behavior because I knew this was an upsale from our conversation. I have 13,000 miles on brand new vehicle and tires are in good shape. I don’t think a nail in tire would require a new tire for $228. The only item I can see accepting was air filter. But, I did not because of his attitude because I rejected $600 in repairs. I am seriously considering not returning to this dealership if this is how you will be treated because you refuse service and agents do not want to hear you speak. More
