The service person Chris told me it would be an hour for the 10,000 and an hour for the recall and then whatever it takes to take the car on the road to listen to the wind come through the windows. 3 1/2 ho the 10,000 and an hour for the recall and then whatever it takes to take the car on the road to listen to the wind come through the windows. 3 1/2 hours later I had to finally get somebody to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. He told me that it would be late afternoon it would be ready. He never said that to me. He said that and however long it takes for the mechanic to take the car on the road. Which according to my calculation was about 4 miles on the road . Because my car reads mileage. He told me that he said late afternoon and on top of the sheet after I left he wrote by 230 which he did not right when I was there and laughed and initial that sheet Of course the manager of the shop didn’t find him at fault in anyway shape or form. I find the service there by Chris and the manager what is abhorrent. I have 3-4 cars cars there and I will never use them again. Of course they’ll depend on the selves to the top of the mountain but I know it doesn’t take an hour and a half for somebody to test drive a car and like I said I know how many miles it is from my house to the dealership so I know how many miles the mechanic drove the car. They are just liars More
