I sat and waited 2 hrs and my car was still sitting and waiting to be serviced. I made a comment to Norman a mgr. and he finally got the ball rolling and after that it was 45 minutes. Unfortunately my first 2 experiences were not good and now I am full of anxiety and stress knowing I need to go to this dealer for service and that shouldn’t be. More
