I took my car in for a 10,000 mile check up and specifically asked for my left tire to be checked because the pressure kept going down. Henry told me that all they needed was more pressure. Once I got home I realized a screw was stuck on the tire and had to bring it back in the next day after being there 2 hours for “express” maintenance. Luckily Jennifer was nice and found another tire with metal in it so two tires had to be replaced. The service I got from Henry was absolutely unacceptable and dangerous. More
