I didn’t like the disorganization of when I got to the service area. I booked online and had no idea who I had to speak with. There should be a manager guiding people where to go. It was just different lines belonging to no one and the service agents who were busy couldn’t tell us what to do. I had to cut in line to figure out where I had to go and I just think management could’ve stepped up. More

I had an issue with my car not starting up right away. I drove to AL Henderson and spoke to Michelle. She told me the battery died after they tried to start my car. I was happy to have the battery replac I drove to AL Henderson and spoke to Michelle. She told me the battery died after they tried to start my car. I was happy to have the battery replaced and that I gave warranty to cover it, thank God for no out of pocket expenses. I had great service ! Thank you. More
