As far as I know the service was done correctly the staff was friendly however the biggest issue I have is the check in process. The way it’s currently set up there is a cluster of people standing around wai was friendly however the biggest issue I have is the check in process. The way it’s currently set up there is a cluster of people standing around waiting to be called on there is no formation of a line or number system to determine who’s next. This could easily be solved with a liner rope type system and would save everybody a lot of aggravation. Lastly when I finally was checked in I was asked who my appointment was with there’s no indication in my email confirmation for my appointment was supposed to be with and the person that was with was on vacation so why is that even a thing?
