Since I bought my 21 Tacoma, i have used this service department. I must say, not the best from Toyota. Every time i go, no one says hi, greets you, asks you if you need anything. i always have to find s department. I must say, not the best from Toyota. Then, a normal hour oil change or checkup, means me coming back up to check on it each hour as it took 2.5 to 3 hours to do. no call to let me know. I have had much better experiences at different dealers More

My 2018 RAV4 (with light grey interior) didn't start yesterday so I towed to the Dealership after speaking to Klaus who is very nice. Once I got in my car today aroun7:30am I saw blue ink in my dashboard around the start button so I showed it to Klaus who stated that he would take care of it and remove the ink. Since I was late for work I didn't have time to wait. I am dumbfounded how can an employee use blue ink around the light dashboard and think that the owner of the car will not see it. There is no way the employee didn't realize what he/she did! More
