they left my oil cap open and oil felt all over the engine this is a very bad service i drove the car around for four days did not know that they left the oil cap open until the dashboard shown low oil More

I’m not sure you read my complaint. I WAS NOT A WALK IN. I did have an appointment, that was not honored. I waited 3 hours (mind the fact I was early for my appointment) - my car never moved and was not serviced.
