The service advisor was great, the reason for the low rating is because I paid to replace the battery and yet the contacts are full of corrosion. There is no way it could have accumulated so much in jus rating is because I paid to replace the battery and yet the contacts are full of corrosion. There is no way it could have accumulated so much in just 2 weeks. That means that the service tech switched the battery and did not take the time to clean the contacts. Thats terrible. More
