This dealership and Service Consultant Chris LePorte were fantastic! I stopped at the Coconut Creek location when the dashboard on my Prius lite up like a Christmas tree. I knew I had a serious problem and needed a Toyota dealership. I was on by way back to Georgia from Fort Lauderdale and was totally unfamiliar with dealers in the area. Google led me by luck to Al Hendrickson Toyota. Despite it being a Saturday and being extremely busy, my problem (bad inverter water pump and valve) was diagnosed and repaired within 4 hours! When I am back in the area I will definitely be back for any service my car needs. More

I’m very sad to write this review but my last experience with the service center was very bad, I got there on time after I made my appointment on line, the sheet the Jennifer give me with the promised time with the service center was very bad, I got there on time after I made my appointment on line, the sheet the Jennifer give me with the promised time to return my car it was give it to me after one hour later of the time promised. Sadly that wasn’t all because I was waiting for my car outside I have the opportunity to see my car been driving around more then one time, it was until I went and ask Jennifer about the reason why my car was driving around, and she started insisting that it wasn’t my car, that bothered me more because my car have a decal that I can see clearly and she keeps insisting it was not my car not apologize no sorry for the inconvenience nothing just is was not my car when I know it was car. Then to closed up they bring my car Jennifer was busy with another costumer I let her finish (I wait another 7 to 9 min) and one of the person that move the cars ask what was the representative for my car, I point to Jennifer and at that moment Jennifer said I thought you were already gone you can take you car and go. I’m sorry but that is a very bad service, very sad because all my others experience is been 5 stars, and just to mention this is my second car that I purchased in this dealer More
