I paid $800.00 for a repair,one week latter the same problem occurs, Fabio Arciero denied the one year warrenty. They want me to paid an other $1400.00 for the same repair.....Complete ripped off....The owner Al Hendrikson should step in and resolve this rip off....

I bought 2 vehicles from this dealer and use their services for 17 years. The last service they missed diagnose the problem and replaced the wrong part. ( Costs $800 00 ) Also contact Eric Silcox ( VP if fixed ooerations ) 5 times,he never answer the phone and never return any of my phone calls....Complete wordlessly person to work with. ...Will contact the owner family and try to resolve this mismanagement and this $800.00 rip-off.......

Mr Norman Frantz, thanks for your response; I left the car for service, a Belt change, an AC inspection since it was cooling but not as strong as originally; and the Tire pressure light on. I got a call from Henry Delgado that my car needed an AC evaporator $ 2500 and 2 tire pressure sensors $440. no alternatives. Only for the AC inspection I was charged $130, and now it is worse because the AC is not cooling at all.!!
