I had an appointment for oil change. I had to wait there at the waiting room , they provide snacks if you hungry. they finish my car in less than an hour. The dealership service department was chaos and not anything like I have ever experienced in my history of new car service area. The lady I was assigned to was very quick, but zero customer service ski anything like I have ever experienced in my history of new car service area. The lady I was assigned to was very quick, but zero customer service skills, zero explanation of what was being done to my car and zero questions about my new car and it I had any questions or needs. It was basically like she was a robot checking off boxes with zero communication skills. I would not consider even looking at this dealership location for my next new Toyota. More

This was my second encounter with Henry. My first experience was excellent. My second encounter was a disappointment. I made an appointment online for 9:30am. I decided to wait. At 12 noon ny car had not been touched( I saw it sitting in the parking lot) After I approached Henry he said they are taking it back right now. Then he brushes me off when I ask what happened. After all I had an appointment. I spoke with manager to voice my disappointment and my car was ready in 15-20mins. Waiting almost 3 hrs and ould change was 20mins. My thought is because my oil change was free I was over looked. More

The service advisor forgot to mention a comment i made on arrival about a concern i have with oil consumption to the tech and told me since the ticket was already closed he couldn't do anything.
