I purchased a certified used vehicle from this dealership and was told i had a bumper to bumper warranty for one year. i asked several times what was covered under the bumper to bumper and was told everythin and was told i had a bumper to bumper warranty for one year. i asked several times what was covered under the bumper to bumper and was told everything. 3 month later the car started making a noise . after taking it in i was told i need all rotors resurfaced and it was not covered. I declined to have the service and the noise has gone away. this service department is very dishonest and I would not recommend them More
Worst experience I have had at a dealership. They didn’t even check my air pressure in my truck tires. When I came in for a recall and an oil change my sensor for my tire is on now. The worst service I’ve ever gotten, I made an appt to have a recall repaired for 9:15am on 10/10/2022, I signed in with Henry Delgado and was told it will take 3-4 hrs for the repair, after exactly one h have a recall repaired for 9:15am on 10/10/2022, I signed in with Henry Delgado and was told it will take 3-4 hrs for the repair, after exactly one hour of waiting he told me the part is not available, i asked him how come it took them an hour to let me know there was no part and his response was “I am telling you now”, I was beyond upset, I expected at least an apology but instead he gave me a blank look and said I can leave my car for tomorrow, I have a job I already took a day off when the appt was made, you have lost a loyal customer.
