I had an emergency come up with my car and needed to have my car towed to this dealer. I left my car overnight and then representative Jarrett called me the next morning to speak with me to discuss what was my car towed to this dealer. I left my car overnight and then representative Jarrett called me the next morning to speak with me to discuss what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. He was extremely professional, friendly, and reassuring that he could help me with the issue. When my car was ready to be picked up, Jarrett was so kind and understanding, and he made a stressful situation better with his professional knowledge and personal authenticity throughout the process. I am so thankful I got connected with Jarrett and this dealership, they were perfect to help me in my time of need. More

The issue was with mirrors, mirrors did not adjust when in reverse moving backwards. ECU was replaced, but then remote and mobile app stopped to work. Now it is going to be at least $45 instead of $15. This dealership wastes lots of my time and also costs me money. Also, after the last service about a month ago I noticed that steering wheel significantly shakes at a speed of $65mph and the truck is pulling to the right. I reported this issue to the service center and replied "we did not find anything". So, they made it worse and now I have to spent my time and efforts to convince them to fix what they broke. Summary of my experience: they do not fix at first attempt, they break something else, they do not admit. More

They show me a copy & it's US Warranty, 96 mths/125,000. Playing me? Also he said $50 deductible, now it's $100. He knew my email but put: Nofreakingwaydude@gmail.com as the email on all records including the warranty. Is that funny? No, just spitefully messed me up with svce. & warranty people. Very poor customer service. Besides Mike, who was the one that helped me, everyone else customer service is the worst!!! After I got a service there, my car was making a weird noise so I called for someone to check that out. They told me to come in earlier in the morning before opening so I didn’t have to wait, but when they open, no one was willing to help, they didn’t even ask what was the situation, and all because Mike was the one that helped the day before. Mike wasn’t there… I ended up leaving with no help after waiting 3 hours. I had told them the reason I did the service was because I was traveling too California driving on the car, and since it started making a weird noise after the service, I wanted to make sure everything was good. No one cared! They just kept on with their appointments. They took my car to wait for Mike, and when I was leaving and asked for my car, one of the guys said very rudely “your keys are in the car, we never took them” with attitude. I was never rude, I was patient and yet I was treated with so much indifference you would think I was doing something wrong by being there… worst worst experience ever!! FYI, I took the car to another dealer, and they were able to help me immediately after explaining the situation. More
