Other Employees : Al Hendrix, should be aware of all of the trouble, that we have experienced with this used Nissan. This was not fully inspected, before we bought this vehicle.

Good Evening Norman, I appreciate you reaching out to me about this issue. There’s really nothing else for me to say except before returning a vehicle to the customer the mechanic who worked on the vehicle needs to return it the same way that he found it when it was brought in for service. I don’t understand why he didn’t notice the grease marks that he left on my right front passenger seat and try to clean it off before returning my vehicle. Just a suggestion but maybe they should cover both seats with the plastic wrap when you first bring the vehicle in for service and then the grease marks might not have gotten on the seat. They also need to wipe the grease off underneath the hood after they do the oil change.
