Bad customer service, Horrible communication and make promises they don’t keep. Finance process was very slow and nothing was explained. Just made us sign papers with out explaining the process. I didn’t like the disorganization of when I got to the service area. I booked online and had no idea who I had to speak with. There should be a manager guiding people where to go.
