Jarrett Elder did a great job as always. The only grip I have is that when dropping off the car, out of the 7 service consultants there, Jarrett was the only one that had a line of clients. The only grip I have is that when dropping off the car, out of the 7 service consultants there, Jarrett was the only one that had a line of clients. The others had nothing better to do. I had to wait for Jarrett for about 25 minutes while he finished off with two other clients rather than one of the other service associates helping me. This is ridiculous. More
