Well the service i had done, oil change, is now way overpriced. Went from 2 for 69.99 I believe to now thats one oil change. I could've just done at midas for less. This was an awful experience. I asked to have the service team check the rear stop light as it was not working properly. The supervisor Fabio was disrespectful when explaining tha I asked to have the service team check the rear stop light as it was not working properly. The supervisor Fabio was disrespectful when explaining that you do not cover this on the warranty. I felt taken advantage and insulted. He took away any trust I had in al Hendrickson. I spoke with the manager. I went in for an oil change they up sold me. I spent $500. I was told there was shuttle service for me the shuttle service guy complained the entire I went in for an oil change they up sold me. I spent $500. If you hate your job keep it to yourself or complain to your manager. I just got up sold on service. I don’t need to take a ride w someone complaining about their job the entire time. I told the manager Lipton Toyota is actually closer and I can just go there next time. When you bring in your car for service their doesn’t need to be commentary on how your job sucks. More
