Last year, I went to buy a car and the manager who helped me was very rude, additionally it was a total scam. They added fee over fee and ended up adding up $7000 more additional to my loan and $2000 in deal me was very rude, additionally it was a total scam. Unfortunately, I was in a rush I signed the documents and then found out about the scam when my first loan payment bill came. BE CAREFUL with the documents you sign, and with the finance agents, they want your money really bad and the abuse when it comes to get a loan. More

The staff is friendly and courteous but the lines can get long if you don’t have an appointment. Pro tip: if you can, make your appointment mid week when it’s not so busy. And be ready 4 a BIG bill. I had my car serviced (as a walk in) and appreciate that I could receive service the same day.. I was somewhat disappointed that after leaving the dealership, my tire pressure monitor started to flash; I fe I could receive service the same day.. I was somewhat disappointed that after leaving the dealership, my tire pressure monitor started to flash; I feared a flat tire so I stopped on the side of the road to check-all was well. Called the dealership and left a message seeing as it was after 6 pm. They promptly called me the next morning and told me to come back to the dealership to have service rectify the problem. When I arrived, I was told that it would be approximately 30-35 mins service time. It was almost 2 hours later when I got my car back. I asked Jarrett if they could do a quick car wash for my inconvenience and he said he would arrange it. Sadly, no car wash. I did appreciate the video of the status of the car but would have appreciated even more so a video of the finished work. Jarrett was kind and competent but I could see at the end just before I got my car back, that the relationship developed was strained. It would be great to hear from you to hear what you think of my feedback. Thanks. More
