My sales guy was very nice David, accommodating, and were pleasant to work with. It was an entirely different experience with the managers... one of my worst experiences ever. We were supposed to meet Joe pleasant to work with. It was an entirely different experience with the managers... one of my worst experiences ever. We were supposed to meet Joe the used car director but he handed us over to Laz another used car manager. Everything was smooth and quick in buying the car, and he did give us a good deal for the car. Till we found 2 minor issues with the car and we ask the dealership to replace the 2 items that are damaged. Laz the manager promised to replace the 2 items for us the day we purchase the car. A few days later, I would call the salesman to set up a date to get the 2 minor issues replaced. I will call both managers left messages and send text messages no one will call me back. 2-3 weeks gone by and because someone called me about the customer's service I told the lady how disappointed I was she had someone finally received a call about resolving the issues. The salesman was being proactive and trying his best to figure out how to help us. Meanwhile, the 2 used car managers Joe or Laz would not return my call. I was able to connect with 1 of the guys directly to resolve 1 issue. The last issue I literally had go back to the dealership and stay at the used car manager's station and told the manager Laz directly I am not leaving till I get this resolved or how to resolve the replacement. He was still trying to brush me off and said they had to order the part and someone will contact me, I told him I have been patient about this and we brought the car for almost 1 month already. Meanwhile, he was busy playing on his phone checking out social media, and practically ignoring me, and socializing with his colleagues. The manager tries to place the blame on the salesman but he doesn't even know where to go...I actually felt bad for the salesman, the manager was telling him all this nonsense and all he had to do was just give a written ticket and tell me to go across the street to service and order the part and they will get it installed. It was a 10 min conversation that took the managers 30 days to do it. More
I scheduled an appointment to complete oil consumption test. I was told that I was burning oil (which I could guess). Quick turn around. Adrian was AMAZING. He showed me different options and was patient dealing with how indecisive I was. Rebates weren’t what I was expecting. Finance officer was a horrible individual. Didn’t listen to my concerns about the rebates. This ungrateful individual needs to respect Veterans just as much as active duty members. The fact that he went deep into trying to find ways not to offer a military discount, was appalling. I will be contacting corporate about this. No one who served this country should be treated like they don’t matter. As a Disabled Veteran, I felt disrespected. Other than that, everyone else was great. I spent less than 2 hours there and to me that’s a record. More
