I had a appointment for 1:30pm on Saturday 25th jun with Jennifer Burton. I have to wait 30 min for my appointment. When I got there she was with her computer so I went to her but she never acknowledged me Jennifer Burton. I have to wait 30 min for my appointment. When I got there she was with her computer so I went to her but she never acknowledged me then she left and I waited almost 30 min and then I asked someone where is she can you page her. He called her and told me she was not feeling good I was ok and he start helping me and told me Jenison was not my service person then I showed him my text I received from Toyota with her name on it. When I was finished I saw miss Jennifer healthy stand on her computer. Reason for my story service people know how many appointment they ...if she has to go somewhere or do something she just let me know or tell someone else to help me. More
