We came in two weeks ago after a really bad car accident to purchase a used white 2018 Hyundai Elantra, which was my same car again. Multiple sales people held us there for 7 hours and argued with me and my to purchase a used white 2018 Hyundai Elantra, which was my same car again. Multiple sales people held us there for 7 hours and argued with me and my father about financing. We wanted to just buy from the start and leave quickly and mentioned that early on. He was also hurt, and we should not have stayed. We didn't want to pay for any extra warranty, and it took forever to get that removed. I passed out twice from the stress, and the staff kept going on and on about financing and was not receptive that we just needed to leave fast. Once I saw the car, I noticed a lot of chips in the paint and bodywork that needed to be done. I also made a list of things that were not completed, such as a dead ceiling light bulb, reprogramming of an old key fob, paint work, and a few other things. I was promised that these things would be done the following week and that I would be given a shuttle ride home. When I got there the following week, I had to argue that I needed a ride, and they did finally pay for a rental car. When I arrived the next day to pick it up, only the bodywork had been done and not all of the things on my list, which were promised. A young kid named Anthony, who was over-seeing the work, made promises that he could not keep, and now I have to find someone that can change a lightbulb and reprogram a fob and complete the things on my list. I will not come back there ever. He was also very inappropriate, with constant texting every single day, all day, asking personal information and even asking for a ride to get food, which I did do and would have felt really bad had I said no. This is really inappropriate to be texting constantly (with heart emojis), while I'm at work and oversharing/asking personal information. I am more than double his age. This whole ordeal really upset me and my father. The only person who was helpful was the woman who helped me upgrade my car insurance at the very end. The person who completed the paint work was also helpful. More
