There was one particular person here named Luis Mendoza who was very rude . He lied and wasted our time. He said that he doesn’t have to sell us a car. He acted like he was doing us a favor and like he was who was very rude . He lied and wasted our time. He said that he doesn’t have to sell us a car. I kept my composure as much as possible while speaking of the deal but he keeps going, “I’m sure you just don’t know math, you don’t know anything” he states. Absolutely classless behavior, I never expected such treatment from an employee at Al Hendrickson. Luis gets a zero star from me, 1 is being generous. Derogatory comments and insults being thrown around is unprofessional and should not be allowed. More

It took 30 minutes for me to check my vehicle in. Most of the time was spent standing in line. When it was time to pick my vehicle up, I stood in line for the cashier that was out of her seat with a Most of the time was spent standing in line. When it was time to pick my vehicle up, I stood in line for the cashier that was out of her seat with a “I’ll return in five minutes” sign. 10 minutes later, the cashier reappeared. The entire 10 minutes another woman sat in the cashier box and did not say a word, despite seeing a growing line of people forming. No one pulled my car up for me after paying for the repairs. I had to find the car myself in the parking lot and when I got to my vehicle, I had to pull off the plastic seat cover and paper liner from my floorboard. I purchased a $300 tire and did not even so much as receive a complimentary car wash or any other benefit. In today’s economic environment and a plethora of options around this area, I will definitely be going elsewhere in the future. The customer service was really lacking! I used you for years, but will not continue in the future if this is, how is your service department will continue to treat loyal customers. Dissatisfied and disappointed! More
