The first time I was there in 2021 I met David (I think that's his name. He has the Jamaican accent). I was so unhappy with my experience in 2021. Had nothing to do with David. This time I had a great experience. I went in happy and drove off in a new car happy. David made me feel comfortable and was respectful of my wants. Never felt pressured in any way. Rohan was also very professional, attentive and helpful. He did everything to assist me in making my purchase happen. The sales manager Lorence was also very professional, respectful, and funny. I appreciate the positive experience. I never thought I would I return to that particular dealership but I'm glad I did. Much much better experience then the last time. No complaints. More

Hillary was my sales person and gave me false information on multiple things. When I had arrived at the dealership I was looking at 2 cars. After test driving I was ready to make an offer. She then came back on multiple things. When I had arrived at the dealership I was looking at 2 cars. After test driving I was ready to make an offer. She then came back and said they couldn’t sell either one of the cars to me as they had a recall on them but there was another car with all the same features available (also, several days later the 2 cars she said were recalled are still advertised on the website, and when I checked the VIN numbers on the Toyota recall list after I got home, neither was listed as having a recall). I ended up purchasing the other car she referred me to, as she said it had all the same features the other cars had, but I found after I purchased the car that wasn’t true and the car I bought did not have the blind spot monitor system I wanted. I returned to the dealership a couple days later, after Hillary refused to remedy the situation when I called her and only offered to put me in another more expensive car. I met with the sales manager Lawrence L. who was helpful and listened to me and we came to an agreement that the dealership would give me a check for $1,000 to apply towards an aftermarket system. Other things Hillary told me that were false: She said the used car was covered bumper-to-bumper for 7 years or 100k miles, which is not true. It is limited power train warranty. I had looked it up online before I finalized the deal and told her this, and she still insisted it was bumper to bumper coverage for absolutely anything that goes wrong and would explain it to me further when we were further along in the process. The finance guy is the one who confirmed with me it is a limited power train warranty. Then, she also finalized a deal on my trade-in on an agreed amount, then when I was finalizing and signing the paperwork with the finance guy, a lower amount than we agreed on was listed. She then said she forgot to tell me about that. I would recommend Lawrence but Hillary is a nightmare. More
