This last visit I was in and out very quickly for the basic oil change and vehicle inspection. This was very appreciated. Perhaps it was due to the fact that I didn't go in the a.m. but rather set up a basic oil change and vehicle inspection. This was very appreciated. Perhaps it was due to the fact that I didn't go in the a.m. but rather set up a 2:30 appt. Jennifer Burton was very helpful and professional. Without naming names, there is one service dept person there that assisted me previously that was very obnoxious and I felt he did not listen to me so, perhaps because I am a woman; I'm glad I do not have to be assisted by him now. I've visited other local Toyota dealerships for service but they are further away from me. I wish this dealership would upgrade their service area for where the customers wait. I sat on a bench outside and felt like I was being bitten up by bugs. It's old and needs a revamping. More
