When I called on Monday to report a nail in my tire, they told me they had one of my tires in stock and I made an appointment to come in right away. One of their drivers took me over to a local restaurant to told me they had one of my tires in stock and I made an appointment to come in right away. One of their drivers took me over to a local restaurant to grab lunch while they worked on my car. I was so happy to find out that I had road hazard on my tire, so thank goodness the tire didn't cost me anything; I only had to pay for balancing of the tire. Sweet! Thanks Toyota and Jennifer! More

I have spoken with 3 different people at this company and at the end of the day when I explained my frustration with this company all I get is the finger pointed back at me. Starting with the manager using HIGH PRESSURE sales tactics to get me sign. He would have done anything to get me to sign that night including not taking no for an answer for hours making my wife so uncomfortable, she had to leave the office. I told the manager several times my daughter had not eaten and it was 9pm (we had been there since about 6. Literally followed me to the door. I still came back and I should have known better. This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I have screenshots of promises from the MANAGER, then they tell me that’s not their “policy”. Never, and I mean never send you wife, your daughter or any woman that you care about. They only care that you sign the paper and leave. I believe that buying a car is a relationship, you want your customer to come to YOU every-time they buy a car. If they think I would refer my ENEMY, I would not.
