My initial sales experience was perfect. I went in for a Prius. Although they were unable to hold the vehicle for me for two days, they remained in contact with me to let me know the vehicl I went in for a Prius. Prior to that, I worked out the final price via text. Doing my due diligence, I built a vehicle on the Hendrickson website and the offer came back to me at 5.99% interest (so I printed that out). Marianela was great when we arrived. The finance specialist, well, we were at a car dealer. He initially told me that my interest rate was not attainable and I showed him the email showing Al Hendrickson's offer to me. He dilly dallied a bit and 40 minutes later plugged in the interest of 5.99% into SE Toyota Financing and it was fine. I get trying to squeeze the customer for 10 minutes but this wasted my time. I left my down payment of $4000 on my credit card and signed the receipt. The CC statement showed a CC surcharge which was not disclosed to me totalling $4120. Not such a bit deal but against the law nonetheless for not disclosing this. I did call and was told that I would receive a call back but it never came. Well, I live far enough away and my service is elsewhere and I own the car so don't necessarily have to deal with it again. Regardless, It was a good experience and the sales people were lovely.
