These people are the shadiest of the shadiest. I purchased a car there on Sunday, December 29th, 2024. The next day, the sales guy called and asked for my social and identification saying the bank I purchased a car there on Sunday, December 29th, 2024. The next day, the sales guy called and asked for my social and identification saying the bank needs it. I was a little concerned. I called the finance guy and he asked me to send it to his email because it’s encrypted. I did. 2 weeks after the sale I went back to the dealer to use one of the services I had purchased with the car. It’s supposed to be a service where they clean the car. I went and no one in the service center knew anything about it. They gave me the run around. They finally cleaned the car, but it was nothing special as they had advertised. It was the bare minimum. The car still had stains on the leather after they were done cleaning it. 1 month later, I went back to get my tags that should have been in the mail. I asked for a sales manager, whom I thought should be able to help me. Instead, I was given the run around by the sales manager there. I asked him for my sales agreement and it seems they weren’t happy. From my visit there, I understand that my contract which was originally with Fernando Rodriguez was with Marcos. Who is Marco? I didn’t work with Marco. I understand that it’s showing that I e-signed. No I didn’t. I did the transaction in person. I’ve been asking for the sales agreement and Fernando Rodriguez gave me an empty flash drive. He has been giving me the runaround since I became aware of the fowl practice with my file. Why is the total loan payment different than what was previously outlined? Why is the due date for the payments different than what was previously outlined? I could go on and on about my experience here. It’s only been 1 month. 1. They don’t show you all the numbers and add on warranties you don’t need. They sell it as a part of the car price and pretend like you cannot take it off. 2. They give you the sales agreement on a flash drive so you don’t see all the numbers until it’s too late. I need answers. More
First off, I was given a sales person who could not speak very much English. I did not understand a word he said. The person who had called me on the phone was named Nicholas. He was very professional and so very much English. I did not understand a word he said. The person who had called me on the phone was named Nicholas. He was very professional and sold me on coming in to buy a car. But when I got to the dealership, he handed me over to a Gregory/Jose, a person that barely spoke English and to this day I still don’t really know his name. I have never bought a car on my own before so this was my first time. Looking back I realize that I made a LOT of mistakes coming to this dealership. They had told me that they could get me out by a certain time because I needed to go to work. That was my first mistake. I went in to buy a car that was 16,000+ and I ended up spending $25,000 for the car. I did not want a car payment higher than $270. That’s what I could afford. I had a $1000 trade-in and I had $2500 to put down. I still don’t understands how I ended up paying $25,000 for my car, With a payment of $374! They talked me into an extended warranty which I really could not afford. They also charged me for tags. But I did not get new tags. Then they sent me a check in the mail, but the tag amount was added to the balance of my loan so I will be paying interest on that hundred plus dollars. They also made an appointment for me to get my windows tinted. I was excited because I thought that this was complementary, but I later found out that it was also charged to me in the total of my vehicle purchase. I was never asked if I wanted to tinted windows. It was just added in, and then they made an appointment for me. I truly believe that my Finance agent, London is very skilled at what he does, and knew exactly how to swindle A very SHADY deal out of me. I love the car, but it’s sickens me as to how much I paid for it. I am very disappointed in your Hendrickson Toyota. Also, they only gave me one key and then told me that I would have to have the other ones made. It cost me $150 to make a spare key without a fob. I would think for $25,000. They could’ve at least included a second key. It’s a disgrace and I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. I feel very taken advantage of and it truly saddens me. It’s really a shame that there are no more honest dealerships out there that you can trust. I put my trust in these people and they took advantage of me. I know this is what you are to expect when you go to a car dealership, these days. But wouldn’t have been commendable if Hendricksen Toyota could’ve been different than the other ones, but it’s not. Very very disappointing. I definitely intend to do a few more reviews online about your business. More
Four hours for an oil change, they broke a bolt and then tried to charge me to repair it, and they also left oil all over my car. I emailed the service manager and the GM and got no feedback tried to charge me to repair it, and they also left oil all over my car. I emailed the service manager and the GM and got no feedback More
I want to highlight the exceptional experience I had with Dimitry Sicard, the Financial Service Leader at Al Hendrickson Toyota. Financing is often the most stressful part of the car-buying process, but Dimi Dimitry Sicard, the Financial Service Leader at Al Hendrickson Toyota. Financing is often the most stressful part of the car-buying process, but Dimitry completely changed my perspective and made it effortless. He maintained the same care and positivity I experienced with my salesman Najeeb Shaikh, ensuring everything stayed on track. The technology your dealership uses for signing documents amazed me—quick, efficient, and user-friendly. Dimitry guided me through every step with a smile and a fantastic attitude, turning a typically stressful process into a seamless and pleasant one. Dimitry Sicard is undoubtedly an asset to Al Hendrickson Toyota, and I hope he’s recognized as such. Thank you for having such an incredible team! Sincerely, Sabrina Chung More
