Also charging cables were missing, which apparently are frequently misplaced/stolen because it took two hours to find some. So I sat there and wasted two hours for my new truck to be detailed and for charging cables to be located. Just how I wanted to spend my Sunday. I should have gotten half his commission for having to figure out all the buttons myself. The deal was good that is the only reason I made it. The salesman was a zero. More

Got to dealership and at first they added $2k Al Hendrickson value package that we didn't want. Didn't even honor at first the instant price on line until we pushed back.
