Alexander and Marcus was very professional and informative....I found the car I wanted on line and was waiting from 4-7:30 to finalizing the SALE.. with no outcome... I left and came back the next day .Since I wasn't financing and paying cash they could not give me a break on all those extra's I didn't want.......Your Financial Service Leader EVAN LEMONS walked in the room like he was doing us a favor..and making faces when I didn't know what he was talking about ....He was Arrogant (in fact I told him so).and very unprofessional..Having an accident and needing a car immediately I would have left the first day....I will never go back and will get my car serviced at one of your other dealers in Pompano Beach. The finance manage, LJ even helped get me a better apr for my vehicle. I am currently very pleased with my purchase. Additionally, would like to point out that I had a trade in vehicle with a lien and my trade in vehicle was handled appropriately despite some of the reviews that I had read. Yes there are additional fees overall when when purchasing the vehicle, but this is why you are supposed to read what you sign. I highly recommend this dealership!! More
