It took me 4 hours to actually lease a vehicle after making the deal the day before. This is why I don’t lease cars through dealerships anymore. I’ve purchased numerous new vehicles, in 5 different states, over the last 55 years with this experience being my least favorite. I was quoted a price over the phone which brought me to the dealership f states, over the last 55 years with this experience being my least favorite. I was quoted a price over the phone which brought me to the dealership for a test drive. After the test drive I was quoted a price $14,000 over the price previously provided. I was then passed on to sales person #4 who was angry when I showed documentation of the original phone quote. The dealership, to their credit honored the phone quote, but attitudes were poor. The gentleman handling payment/license/final docs was amazing! I can’t say enough of his professionalism. My salesman was an hour late for delivery and the truck had not been washed or in any way prepped for final delivery, except for a full tank of gas. I drove to a car wash and cleaned the truck myself. Not worth the hassle of dealing with them. More
