From the moment I walked in, it was selected that. My recent visit to Al Hendrickson Toyota was nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff seemed disinterested and unapproachable, acting as if answering basic questions was an inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the entire process, with long wait times and no sense of urgency. What really shocked me was the inappropriate behavior of some of the staff. Not only did they lack professionalism, but their casual attitude and sexual inappropriateness made me feel uncomfortable. It’s one thing to be busy or understaffed, but to treat customers with such blatant disregard is unacceptable. I had hoped for a smooth and respectful experience, but instead, I left feeling disrespected and deeply disappointed. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality service or a professional environment. They need serious improvements in customer service and staff training. More
