The deal was good, Chuck in finance was professional. The delivery of the vehicle was the worst I have ever experienced. I found empty water bottles in the backseat area and glove box. Pretty much handed the keys and told to figure it out myself. Plus now my old finance company keeps calling me because Hendrickson has not paid off the trade. The Dealership needs to up their game. Wasted two hours the next day getting the vehicle detailed and finding charing cables that were missing. More
