I came in to see a vehicle that was listed on line. I spoke to Tiana Gomez asked about the availability of this vehicle. She confirmed it was available. I hopped off the phone with her and got to the store 10 minutes later. Was greeted by Sales person, very pleasant to deal with. When I told him the car I came to look for, he said “ It just got sold”. If I had a dollar for every time I walked into a dealership and heard that…. However he showed me 2 vehicles with matched the specifications of what I wanted. From there everything was great, sales managers, finance manager all collaborated to ensure the process went with ease. I was so happy to drive off in my car. A few days later I get a message that I needed to return to the dealership. When I asked why, they said they forgot to give me a paper to sign. When I got there, they “forgot” to have me sign a CARFAX stating that I was informed that this vehicle had minor damages. Shame on me for not asking this question before hand, but this makes me feel manipulated. I know I’m just a raindrop to the sea, but for this I will never do business with this place again. Had it not been for the professionalism displayed by those I encountered, albeit deceptive in the end. I would have given this experience a 1star. More
