I went on October 10th with my little sister to buy a car, they told me I could co-sign so she could have it in her name and build credit, we looked at a few vehicles and she chose one that she liked, th car, they told me I could co-sign so she could have it in her name and build credit, we looked at a few vehicles and she chose one that she liked, then I received an urgent call and had to leave the dealership leaving my sister alone with the manager and the salesman, the manager asked me for my documents before I left to facilitate the purchase, I gave them to him without hesitation since I wanted to help my sister, after that they just made her wait sitting with the excuse that a bank had to approve her, they didn't share a word with her anymore and after 7 hours they told her that they were still waiting for the bank's approval but that she could give her down payment and pay insurance to take the car home that day without telling her anything about the installments or interest since they told her that the bank had to give her that and not them when they approve her, she gave a down payment of 3,500 dollars and told her to come back the next day to see the installments. The next day she went and they told her that the bank approved the purchase and that they would send her the installments by mail, which never arrived. She asked for them again by phone and they told her that they were not in the office and that they would give the information to her later. For 11 days she was not given any information. For my part, I called and they did not help me, they hung up on me until I discovered that the new car was in my name and not my sister's and they had tricked her just to have one sell more. They gave ME without my consent an over $800 installment payments and a very high interest rate. They say that the purchase was already made and they do not want to refund it.
