SURPRISE CALL… Ok sometimes they are over full and the schedule does not work for everyone and you have to wait a long time, but there is the option to come back later and catch a ride with them… I receiv schedule does not work for everyone and you have to wait a long time, but there is the option to come back later and catch a ride with them… I received a call today from the service center, my chair been giving some problems and I needed to be fixed… 3 times now they try to fix it for me at the shop, but unfortunately keeps on opening again…. Well, the call, the technician Isai Lopez and manager ordered the missing part for me and surprised me with a phone call today to have the chair permanently fixed…. YAY… I feel appreciated… I did not have to ask, beg, none of that… they just did… Thank you guys, your surprise did not go unnoticed… thank you Al Hendrickson, thank you Isai Lopez, see you Saturday for the install and fix, I guess I’ll get to meet you then…. I switched to your service department because of Mr. Elder’s consistent excellent service. He listens and explains in detail what services my car will receive and why. purchased a 2025 Toyota Corolla, and due to the dealership’s negligence, the car had issues from the start. When I spoke to a manager over the phone, they assured me they would take care of it. However, after driving over 100 miles back to the dealership, they failed to resolve the issue. It became clear that the management does not care about their customers. Overall, this was the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. They are more focused on financial gain than on customer satisfaction. I would not recommend Al Hendrickson Toyota to anyone looking for a professional and transparent car-buying experience. The dealership should be responsible for paying for a paint correction to my car, as it is a new vehicle and has numerous scratches all over. I have observed used cars in better condition. More
