She is patient, and she was very detailed in her explanation of the purchase process. We took the car for a test drive, the car ran smoothly. There was a little damage to the front passenger side handle. I was able to take the vehicle back to the dealership. Mr. Wilnord Charles from the sales department met with us, and helped with the fixing process. Mr. Wilnord was very pleasant!
