Al Hendrickson is the worst car dealership in Florida. They will SAY anything to you to make you buy their cars. But they will never provide anything in WRITING. I was duped by them when I purchased a 20 They will SAY anything to you to make you buy their cars. But they will never provide anything in WRITING. I was duped by them when I purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla. They offered me a 9.99% APR and so I bought the car from them after they made me wait in their office for over 8 hours haggling over prices. Then after 2 weeks they call and ask me to come back and tell me that now the APR is 13.99% and that they will take back the car unless I sign the new contract. They waited for the last day to tell me that the bank had increased my APR. They sat over the bank letter for 10 days and informed me on the last day to come in and make a decision. It was a sunday so I couldn't even rent a car someplace and give them back their stupid corolla. All their finance and sales managers are rude and liars. It amazes me how they have stayed in business this long duping people. Please do not get a car from them, they will dupe you, leave you with no peace of mind, insult you and make getting a new car a horrifying experience. More

I am 47 and I have bought many (close to 20) new cars in my life. My experience at Al Hendrickson is by far the worst. I should have known as soon as I pulled up and saw the sale reps out front hovering for a customer, They are not allowed in the dealership unless with a customer. These guys pulled out every trick in the book, every sneaky underhanded trick I have ever seen. (By the way I am in sales as well and can pick up on this stuff). If it wasn't for the aggressively low lease payment I would have walked out the second time. When I walked out the first they called me back to guarantee me they could reach my number and when I went back in they changed their tune. They can not be trusted. Is is all led up by the "master manipulator" VP of sales in the bull pen. He is the one barking orders to the sales pukes over the intercom. You cant miss him he is the one with the shaved head and goat-tee resembling satin "only the horns are missing". Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Al Hendrickson. This place is the bottom of the barrel. I have a sick feeling ever since I left there, it was a really bad experience. More

The manager and salesman kept promising a bottom line number for the corolla I bought with a friend and the numbers would change by $1000. 3 times... each time I'd get them to knock down the price and t number for the corolla I bought with a friend and the numbers would change by $1000. 3 times... each time I'd get them to knock down the price and then when we would get to a serious decision does this include dealers fees and he would say no and how much is that... about $1000. No I am walking out so I walked out and they called me back in... the agreed to not charge the $1000 and then I came back with the check to pay for the car and on the contract was dealers fees which added $1000 to the price we agreed on. DEAL ONLY WITH DEALERS THAT WILL EMAIL YOU THE BOTTOM LINE/OUT THE DOOR FIGURE AND AL H WILL NOT DO THAT... So I saw the bottom line figure on the contract and I said no way we are out the door again and by the way... I FU'd the manager, master manipulator for this... and he too the $1000 off... What a hassel to do business with... NEVER AGAIN AL HENDRICKSON. More

I have been to alot of dealerships I have to say this is they worst I have ever been treated by any company. I would not advise any one to go here and I would call them foolish for doing so. This is the second time I have worked with this dealership and I am definitely not a satisfied customer.. Tomorrow I am calling Al or Al Jr directly (I will keep you posted). Treat me right, I have no complaints. I'm not buying new so I'm fully aware there are "gray" areas. 1. Salesperson (Palo) said tires were new which is "Dealerships Policy". Tires are not new. Why do I know.. follow on. 2. The day after we brought the car home noticed a "slice" (about 2-3 inches) in the left front tire. Went back to dealership and they told us it was "cosmetic". Not a safety issue. We asked if they would drive across alligator alley with their family in the vehicle.. "that's a personal decision". 3. Ok, not totally satisfied, we went to a local Goodyear dealer to look at the tire. He said he basically agreed with the analysis, however, also said tires were definitely not new. 4. We did not receive an owners manual with the car. Asked sales person / and used car manager about manual which they said they would get for us. We have their IOU form. It's now been over a month and still no manual, after several calls. Still waiting for a return call from our latest inquiry. tick, tick, tick.... 5. Tomorrow will be a call directly to Al Hendrickson / Jr. Go to the top! I don't think they would put up with this s..t. 6. Like I said, if I'm spending 20K for a used vehicle in today's market, I think the dealer should be falling over backwards to make me happy. Not asking for much, however, not getting much. This dealer showed me a car that had several things wrong with it cosmetically and tried to explain everything away like it was no big deal. He offered me $500 for my trade in which I had already been offered $2200 by two other dealers. Then, when I told them that, they suddenly offered me what I wanted. I was just getting a bad feeling about this guy from the get go so I decided to leave. He and his manager chased me out to my car and tried to plead with me to buy the vehicle. They were tapping on my windows and when I insisted that I was leaving, the sales man Maritel got upset and became very rude. I would NEVER go back to this place again and would not recommend this dealer or sales man to anyone. They are not worried about your needs or wants at all, they just want to push a vehicle out the door. That weekend I had been to probably 15 dealerships, this was by far the worst experience. More

I will never recommend this dealer to anybody in my family or friends. This people made me spent more than two days, they gave me the “OUT OF DOOR FINAL PRICE”, when I was ready to finally purchase the family or friends.
