Great Experience!! I went to Al Hendrickson Toyota as I was quite unhappy with my new VW 2016 Jetta and the staff at Rick Case. I was able to get into a much nicer Camry I went to Al Hendrickson Toyota as I was quite unhappy with my new VW 2016 Jetta and the staff at Rick Case. I was able to get into a much nicer Camry for the same price and much less hassle. I strongly recommend them to anyone who is interested in a new car or replacing the vehicle they have. work executed without consent or authorization On March 11, 2016 my Toyota Prius died while driving home. It was towed to AL HENDRICKSON TOYOTA, Coconut Creek, Florida. The next day I was called a On March 11, 2016 my Toyota Prius died while driving home. It was towed to AL HENDRICKSON TOYOTA, Coconut Creek, Florida. The next day I was called and told that the driver’s instrument panel COMBINATION METER COMPUTER, part # 83291-47360-RP, needed to be replaced. I gave verbal authorization to replace ONLY the Combination Meter Computer, to Roger Sinclair, the service advisor, and I definitively DECLINED ALL THE OTHER WORK he suggested. After 3 long weeks the car was finished and I took it home (Combination Meter Computer replacement is a 3-DAY JOB according to Toyota’s own literature: POL12-05). At home I keep a log of repairs. When I went to enter the invoice details, I noticed that there WERE TWO ADDITIONAL LINE ITEMS under the parts section, IN ADDITION TO the COMBINATION METER COMPUTER: ** Part # 55511-47060-C0 GLOVE BOX DOOR $114.45+tax (associated labor not listed) ** Part # 55670-47060 AIR VENTILATION GRILL $68.25+tax (associated labor not listed) ** Toyota’s own literature (POL12-05) re: replacement parts, lists only one part: “Combination Meter Computer, part # 83291-47360-RP”. The 2 parts above DO NOT appear anywhere on the parts list. WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION, the glove box door & air vent grill were replaced. I was NEVER asked about replacing either item, and hence, I NEVER AUTHORIZED replacing them. Furthermore, the “new” glove compartment door and air vent grille are not “new” or “replaced” at all. My car’s interior has all the usual “wear & tear” of a car that has car-pooled kids and transported pets. These “new” parts have all the same identical scratches, scraps, and scuff marks in all the same exact places, as the existing parts that AL HENDRICKSON TOYOTA claims to have “replaced”. As stated above, I DID NOT request, and I DID NOT authorize these parts, but if I had, I would certainly expect them to actually BE NEW, if I was being charged for new parts. I have attempted to obtain an answer from Roger Sinclair (advisor) about the unauthorized installation of the unauthorized parts. I have not been successful in obtaining one. More

Went in to have a handle replaced. waited an hour and a half I went to have an inside handle replaced. After an you and a half I was taken back to the garage . They claimed my radiator needed to be replaced and I went to have an inside handle replaced. After an you and a half I was taken back to the garage . They claimed my radiator needed to be replaced and it would cost over $ 1 000.00 for the total repairs needed. My car was running fine and was not overheating. I said can you just fix the handle? He never disclosed they didn't have a replacement in stock and it would have to be ordered. When I didn't agree he started to lower the cost and offered me a rental car. I said just give me my car. I went elsewhere. It cost me $413.00 More
Damaged part on car and would not replaced. Brought my car in for an oil change and wash, three hours later still not finished. Once I received the car after complaining about taking so long, they finally pulled my car around and found that my remote (key fob) was damaged. Was not damaged when I brought it in and their only excuse was it was old and they would not replace it. It may be old but it wasn't damaged when I brought it in. They do not care that they are losing a customer since I'm only one person among many. So if you bring your car in and they break something forget about them fixing it, as I stated above, you're just one person of many that come there and they know that. Also no, they will not do whatever it takes to make you happy. However the service person Jarret Elder I was dealing with was respectful and trying to help even though he could not make the call on replacing the part. More

So I went to Tim and I got an amazing deal for my 2016 Toyota Corolla! It was so pleasant to work with Tim, no hassle to get a great deal. I did my homework prior to coming to this dealership, and to walk-in, test drive the car I wanted and knew I can afford and get a great deal without any hassle..... it blew my mind. I even got a great amount for my trade-in which is was a 2005 corolla that they had to hauled from where it was parked because it cannot be driven. Leo was great as well, showing the different colors for the model of car I was seeking to purchase. He put me in a car that I liked the color of car and color of the interior, I took it for a test drive. Dino, the financial man also went beyond his job by tearing the first contract I signed first with a great APR because a bank came back after I signed, with even a better APR. Dino called me through the intercom as I was grabbing my keys to drive off with my new car. Dino called me into his office to give me the great news that a bank has come back with even a lower APR. Dino, ripped off the previous contract and signed me with the lower APR. What a decent people, working in this dealership. I don't think any other dealership will call you back to tell you a bank came through with a even lower APR after you have signed the contract. That is something to think about and recognize how ethical this group of salesmen and financial officers that work here. I had such a feel of proudness that as a woman I could comfortably negotiate and be provided a great deal just as a man could. Thank you Al Hendrickson Toyota!!!! Thank you - Tim, car salesman, Leo, test drove my car, and Dino, the financial officer!!!! Best group of people that work in this car dealership. Please put a thought of what I just wrote, I am a person that I do not place any comments, I don't have the time to post anything. But I took this time to tell my experience during the purchase of my brand new car so people can read that there is a dealership with ethics and integrity and provide the most outstanding customer service. I had to spread the good news to all you car shoppers out there. Happy car shopping!!!! More
