Unusually Fast Service I had an appointment for an oil change in the late afternoon. I decided to wait instead of leaving. Most deshonest people ever I don't usually write reviews, but, after today's episode I thought I had to do it to help others. About 10 months ago I purchased a brand new car the I don't usually write reviews, but, after today's episode I thought I had to do it to help others. About 10 months ago I purchased a brand new car there and I was promised that I could come back in December to refinance with 0% interest rate because I had the "loyalty program" witch would lower my monthly payment. I came back there and find out it was a hoax, such promise does not exist. I was induced to pay a higher rate because later they would refinance for 0 interest. They tried to push me another vehicle that actually would raise my payments. The same sales manager told me he never said that, even though I had a piece of paper the he wrote me with the amount I would be paying after the refinance. Those people should be in jail, so dishonest. Now I'm stuck with my high interest (I have a 776 credit score) and the only solution now is to do it with my own bank witch still won't bring to the amount they had promised. I seriously hope a lot of people will read this so they look for other dealers to get a car. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed. I'm giving 1 star because I don't think I can give 0. More
