Leased a 2012 Camry, drove it for a month. I noticed that I hadn't gotten my 1st bill, called the finance company, SE Toyota Finance, they had no idea who I was. I show up at the dealership, and they try to put me in a finance deal thats $250 higher per month - than the original deal. When they realized I wasn't going for it, they were rude and couldn't wait to get me out of there. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! More
I just leased my second Prius from Hendrickson Toyota and used the same sales person Erik Coxwell. My first deal with Erick was a great experience in which I thought it could not be matched, my second deal w used the same sales person Erik Coxwell. Being in sales as a Real Estate Agent I have learned to truly look for the best overall deal for my clients. I have applied the same principles to leasing my cars. I can honestly say that after visiting several dealerships nobody beats the price,honesty and service Erick and Hendrickson Toyota have provided for me. After going to numerous dealerships, test driving various cars, and becoming frustrated, I was referred by a family friend to get in contact with the Internet Sales Director, Erik Coxwell. He got me a deal I never thought would of been possible. He quoted me a price over the phone & had all the paperwork ready to be signed for when I went to the dealership the following day to pick up the car. It's the 5th car I have purchased, and was the easiest & smoothest transaction I've ever had. I returned a few weeks later to have my windows tinted, side body molding & cargo bag for trunk installed (which Erik INCLUDED FOR FREE in this deal). While I was waiting to get a complimentary rental car while these services were being done for the day, Al Hendrickson Jr. approached me, introduced himself & asked how my service has been at their dealership. I will be referring all my friends and family to this dealership as their customer service is superior. Oh! And I can’t forget to mention how much I LOVE my brand new Camry. I started an online chat to inquire about a 2012 lexus the dealership had listed on cargurus. I asked the sales person if they still had this particular vehicle. Before he even answered my question he res the dealership had listed on cargurus. I asked the sales person if they still had this particular vehicle. Before he even answered my question he responded by asking when I'd come in. I again asked if they had the vehicle and he said yes. I responded by saying that I didn't see it on their website. Only then did the sales person check for the vehicle I was calling about. He then responded by saying they didn't in fact have the vehicle I was calling about they had the 2010...then he abruptly ended the chat before I had a chance to respond. I called the dealership and asked to speak to either the Internet sales manager or the sales manager and I informed him how rude his sales person was. This gentleman called me back to argue with me about where I was located and how I was going to get the vehicle and ten proceeded to hang up on me. I am appalled by this behavior and I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone! More

Went in to look at a 2011 GMC truck on THEIR website for $18,999. Only wanted to give $8,000 for a Grand Prix CarMax offered $12,000 for. Without a trade, the cash price jumped to over $22k after tacking $18,999. Only wanted to give $8,000 for a Grand Prix CarMax offered $12,000 for. Without a trade, the cash price jumped to over $22k after tacking on $1000 fee for this and a $600 fee for that etc. don't let their low advertised prices fool you! More
Terrible experience. We found a vehicle on Autotrader and when we went to look at it, our salesman told us "mid-twenties" (the same as what was on Autotrader). After he went inside to get the keys for a and when we went to look at it, our salesman told us "mid-twenties" (the same as what was on Autotrader). After he went inside to get the keys for a test drive, he said he spoke with his sales manager and it is actually listed at $31,000. We showed them what was on Autotrader and they immediately changed their story. After deciding to try to make a deal, the sales manager flat out told us that they listed it that low to get us to come look at it and then hoped we wouldn't want it. They would not move on the listed price AT ALL. We left and, after they called and said they'd give us more for our trade-in and promising that it would not be more than what we were approved for, we drove back to try to make a deal again. After they tacked on a $294 "nitrogen tire fill fee" and a $999 "dealer fee" and other ridiculous fees that they refused to remove, it was over $5000 more than what we agreed to over the phone. These people will lie to you and cheat you any way they possibly can. More
