I spoke too soon on my review. After we took the contract home and really got a chance to read it over. We found that we were charged over $6,000 in optional stuff. We never heard the word optional when sign home and really got a chance to read it over. We found that we were charged over $6,000 in optional stuff. We never heard the word optional when signing documents!! As a matter of fact the financing manager made it seem as if we didn't get these warranties and service contracts, we wouldn't get the financing. We immediately contacted the dealer to cancel these optional agreements. Our mistake for not taking the time to read everything we signed!! ( over 20 documents) We were too trusting. Now waiting to see how long it will take for them to cancel these agreements. It's been over 5 days now and counting. Very disappointed. More

Amazing experience Redeemed my last oil change as a part of the package when i first bought my car. I needed new tires and Robert took care of me and my car. He was not pushy and answered all my questions even educating me about tires which helped me make the right decision with the big purchase. I mentioned to him that i needed to get my car cleaned, by the end of my service he called me to tell me that my car was ready and surprised me with a car cleaning!! Because Robert went above and beyond on many ways taking care of my car i will forever trust leaving my car in the hands of Al Hendrickson dealership and I will go to their service department for all my car needs. I moved up north to Boynton Beach but even the distance will not keep me from coming back to Deerfield to get my car serviced by your team. Thank you for everything Robert! Im still so grateful 1 week later. Hire more employees like Robert! More

Poor Customer service I have bought many used cars in my life, but the experience I had at Al Hendrickson Toyota was the worse one of all. Negotiating was pain full. Had to walk out of the dealer for them to agree on putting new tires on the car. Spent almost 5 hours on the dealer. After papers were signed waited close to 3 hours for the car to be ready. It looks like they only care about closing the deal and not the customer. Do not recommend. More
