They lost my keys I made my appointment over the phone and they told me Anthony would be doing my service. Upon arriving Anthony wasn’t there and they had to assign me I made my appointment over the phone and they told me Anthony would be doing my service. Upon arriving Anthony wasn’t there and they had to assign me to someone else, whom I was not introduced to. After it taking 2 hours to have my tires rotated, they then lost my keys. They originally gave me someone else’s keys. The cashier then told me the person who handled my service would have them, but he didn’t and told me to ask valet. Valet didn’t have them and asked me to talk to the person who handled my service again. It added an extra 30 minutes onto something that already took 2 hours. More

I went in with a problem of having an additional name I did not recognize on my car registration. Brenden was eager to help and took us to the person that he thought was able to help. As we were about to leave, my mom and I were considering trading in my 2017 RAV4 to a 2019 RAV4, we knew Brenden was the person we had to go to . He even got hit my heavy SF rain as he was appraising my car and taking the new one for a test drive. He did everything possible to get us out of the dealership fast. He took his time to show me all the features of my new car and he even took time to FILL MY TANK. I couldn't thank you enough Brenden. You are GREAT! More

Lack of greeting and lack of enthusiasm with staff Upon driving in for my appt. I stood there and had three of your service people look up at me and then drop their heads back into their laptops. Not one said hello or asked how they could assist me. I stood there for 10 minutes and absolutely nothing. I then finally found the guy who originally assisted me and he was more than lacking in being upbeat. I know the service provided was free (replacement of my dashboard) but still shocked at the lack of customer care. This is exactly why I get my car serviced elsewhere More
