Purchased THIS PLACE WILL SELL YOU A CAR THAT HAS BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT, BEWARE: Steer clear from Al Hendrickson Toyota. Take your business elsewhere. Purchased a 2018 Camry around September of last year and was provided a CarFax that listed no accidents. Noticed that the paint on the front bumper was peeling a month or so ago - weird - so I took it to a Toyota Auto Body shop and had them send pictures to corporate to hopefully have it covered under a warranty claim. It was returned by Toyota who said that they are unable to repair it under warranty due to it being in an accident. What? When I purchased the car the CarFax said accident free? Don’t these vehicles go through a multiple “point” inspection prior to them being listed or sold to a customer? I guess not. Al Hendrickson couldn’t even catch that this vehicle was in an accident with over a thousand dollars worth of damage. Or maybe you guys did and still listed the car. Next time I will surely have an independent mechanic look at it. I contacted Al Hendrickson and got the run around for a few hours on the phone, and they basically said there is nothing they can do for me. I was redirected to fifteen different people because nobody knew what to say or what to do. A real clown show at Al Hendrickson. Toyota, and Al Hendrickson Toyota in particular clearly does NOT stand behind their products or the vehicles they sell. It wasn’t until I contacted Toyota Corporate and they offered to have the front bumper painted for me. Now I am still stuck with a car I would have never bought in the first place if I knew it was in an accident, and have to deal with the depreciation on the car. Last time I will purchase a Toyota vehicle. If there is anything you do, or if you must buy a Toyota, take your business to Lipton. Stay far far away from this place! More
