The above is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. $2,800 worth of repairs, supposed to be complete on Thursday, brought it in on Tuesday morning. Received a phone call Thursday afternoon that someone had stolen my swaye bar, not part of my cooling system repair. Part had to be located through a vendor and ordered. Car received the following Monday. Got in the car to find an odd odor that was not present before. Smells like something has burned. Phone charging port was open as if used. Car smells outside like not cooling properly. Smell of gas now when I pulled it in the garage that was not present before. Opened the hood to find that the shroud was missing. Was on when I brought it in and also mysteriously went missing. This part now ordered and expected Friday. This car is 11 years old and I have been very diligent about maintenance and repairs. Not sure what else may be missing that I have no way of knowing. Had new brakes, struts, upper control arms, and new purge valve on the car, among other things from another service shop prior to bringing in for repair at Al Hendrickson at the referral of a long time customer. I am hoping that all these items are still in the same condition. To be honest, of course only my feeling, I feel like someone used my car to harvest parts from. At the very least security of the repair area should be reviewed. I am responsible for an elderly handicapped mother and a nine year old grandson who rely solely on me and this car for transportation. I hope due to this incident that we don’t find ourselves stranded on the side of the road. Really disappointed. Especially now that I’m nervous it’s not mechanically sound. More

I went for my 10k car service My car is brand new, only 10k miles on it. I went for its second oil change every. The engine is pretty clean, all new as you can imagine for a 5 mont My car is brand new, only 10k miles on it. I went for its second oil change every. The engine is pretty clean, all new as you can imagine for a 5 months old car. When I came back home, after the service, I opened the hood and I’ve noticed oil spill all over the top of the engine. I had to remove that plastic cover on the top of the engine and clean it with a degreaser. I even had to clean around the oil cap. Also, my car is still under warranty and the paint below the front bumper is peeling. According to the person who called me, the technician inspected my vehicle and I should have hit something to make the bumper peel. Of course no one showed me where the impact was and they also removed the peeling paint without my authorization. That painting did not have a single scratch, it's just taking off from the bumper.
