A Very Unpleasant Experience To all my fellow Veterans, and car shoppers: I need to share my experience with all of you due to the unforeseen and unusual event that I experienced To all my fellow Veterans, and car shoppers: I need to share my experience with all of you due to the unforeseen and unusual event that I experienced when I visited Al Hendrickson Toyota on July 14th, 2019. I was very interested in purchasing a pre-owned white 2018 corolla hatchback, with manual transmission. Dustin, I believe was the name of the gentleman that greeted me, met me and showed me the car, we went on a test drive, I visually inspected the vehicle and everything was going well, until we sat to talk about the numbers and the typical back and forth negotiations. While in talks with Dustin, I noticed that this particular vehicle had been in the lot for 87 days. I brought this up to Dustin and I said that this car would end up in an auction and they would get no more than $8,000 for it and they would take a loss. That statement was overheard by another gentlemen outside the cubicle, who abruptly came in and introduced himself as the CEO, said he’s been in the industry for 35 years, and so forth. I could tell the gentleman was not happy. He proceeded to ask if I still believe they would get $8,000 for it at an auction and I said yes. He stood up, told me to have a nice day and walked out. Basically, I got kicked out of the dealer for making a statement, and answering a question. I still have no idea nor I can find justification for his reaction. I can assure you all that in no shape or form was I disrespectful, or offensive towards any personnel at any time. The simple fact that you may disagree with a customer is no grounds for removing them from your store. It was the most humiliating experience I’ve ever had in the service industry and it was hurtful. I would like to offer my apologies to the CEO if I unintentionally offended him. Granted, I wish them the best and I am sure they will continue to thrive. More

The Service Center was very crowded and I thought I would be there a few hours. But the car was ready in 90 minutes which is pretty quick compared to some places I’ve had other cars serviced. Horrible and the accounting person should be fired! I referred a friend who purchased a CHR 1 month ago and they STILL have not paid off the trade in and the payoff keeps going up. They also approved her for a loan through SETF then changed it to Capital one and tried to increase her payments after a contract was signed 3 weeks later!. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Lyann is the most irresponsible accounting person and is rude as heck! They still have NOT PAID OFF THE TRADE IN 1 MONTH LATER. Lyann should be fired and now my friends credit score has dropped 20 pts because of this! More
Poor Customer Sales Issue Purchased a used vehicle. They registered the vehicle the wrong color. Also gave them a Tag to use to register the new vehicle and instead they took t Purchased a used vehicle. They registered the vehicle the wrong color. Also gave them a Tag to use to register the new vehicle and instead they took the tag off my other vehicle. Now I had no ability to use that vehicle while still paying insurance on it. Their solution to fix the issue was for me the customer to go to the DMV and wait in line and take time off work to do the correction. Totally unacceptable and unsatisfactory. They did say they would reimburse me for the fees. I paid a dealer fee to have this done correctly in the first place! After several phone calls to try and resolve the issue I come to find out they had the ability to correct the issue without me going to the DMV. I have been trying to reach someone to help with a satisfactory resolution, no one returns my calls or being told they are the wrong person to help me. Should have checked the BBB rating before buying. So bad Not rated! More

Checking out options from a vast inventory of used vehicles. I went to the Outlet Store to check out their inventory on medium sized SUVs. I walked around the lot looking at used vehicles that I was considering I went to the Outlet Store to check out their inventory on medium sized SUVs. I walked around the lot looking at used vehicles that I was considering. This was done in a leisurely manner and no one bugged me about what I was looking for. For me this was very comfortable and gave me the opportunity to look at various models without any pressure. I then headed to the show room where I was greeted by a fine young gentleman (Jordan) who asked me if I needed any help or had any questions. I did ask him about one vehicle that caught my attention. He got the answers for me and even encouraged me to take a test drive in the vehicle. I did like the vehicle and it handled very well, but the price was considerably higher than I wanted to go. I then mentioned to him two other types of vehicles that I was initially considering....Subaru Outback and VW Tiguan SE model. He showed me a few of those types of vehicles and encouraged me to test drive them. He spent a long time trying to accommodate me and getting the answers to my questions. I spent 6 hours at the site and all the associates were pleasant and trying to assist in their respective jobs. I walked out of there as the new owner of a VW Tiguan SE, much to my surprise, but with the feeling that I did get a nice car and a good deal. As a sales representative I would certainly recommend Jordan Denahan, who went above and beyond to please me throughout the process. I am also thankful to the other staff members who made me feel comfortable throughout the process. More
