2019 Highlander I came to this dealer with hopes of buying a used vehicle which I did. The sales people are very hard to work with. In fact they are very hard nosed a I came to this dealer with hopes of buying a used vehicle which I did. The sales people are very hard to work with. In fact they are very hard nosed and do not want to budge. Take it or leave it attitude, the car was dirty inside and had to as they call it s full detail and clean up the inside well yes it was cleaned up but not to my expectations and it had to be redone a second time and that wasn’t done right. I guess if you want some thing done you have to do it your self. People want to make the sake but will not budge an inch. Let me tell you what a full detail is supposed to be. Wash and wax the out side of the car. clean the tires and the rims. The rims are still dirty clean the entire inside of the car and the carpets armourall the dash board and all the panels in the car. I have redo the detailing my self. Will have to put in st least 3to 5 hours of my time, This is really not exceptsble as far as I am concerned.. Am I happy with this dealership?? You be the judge. More
