I was promised employee pricing and I did not get a deal. I was harassed over the phone (at least monthly about 8 months before the lease ran out, and then weekly as it approached 4 months before the lease ra I was harassed over the phone (at least monthly about 8 months before the lease ran out, and then weekly as it approached 4 months before the lease ran out) to turn in my 2016 Avalon hybrid (that I LOVED) early. I told them I loved the car and would turn it in when I had to do so. I got calls from the dealership saying it was "imperative" that I called them right away concerning my lease car. All they wanted was for me to turn it back in. They promised me employee pricing and a great deal. I leased a new car that was LESS expensive than the car I was driving. I put down almost twice the down payment I put down on the car I was driving, because I wanted my monthly payments to go down. And my car payment went up $1 per month. HOW? I have tried three times to contact the people responsible for this. The people who made the promises say they have nothing to do with the financing. No one will return a call and get to the bottom of this. I consider the dealership "old school" where they walk away for 45 minutes and let you get tired. That is not a proper way to do business. I have leased 4 cars from them, but this one will be the last. If you do not take care of repeat customers, you don't deserve new customers. Beware the promises they make! More
