It really feels like the stereotypical used car dealership. I purchased a 2018 Mustang GT convertible, and just after I finished signing all the paperwork, very late on the night of March 11, 2019, as I was walking out of the dealership with my wife, we were told for the 1st time that they only had 1 key. I attempted to argue, that the car originally came with 2 keys, and that 2 keys is industry standard. We were told by the sales associate that Al Hendrickson's policy is to only guaranty 1 key. It was really late, around 11:50 pm and I quickly realized that I was not going to get anywhere arguing with the sales associate. Consequently, I decided to e-mail them to address the problem of only being given 1 key. Once I got in the "new" car, I immediately received a Warning/Alert that read, "Fuel Level Low 8 Miles to Empty" See picture attached to this review. I emailed the dealership on multiple occasions and they never responded to any of my grievances, they only addressed my communications to facilitate the transfer of the tag from my old car, and so that they could get proof that I got insurance on the new car. Overall Al Hendrickson's customer service was horrible, they treat you "the customer" like a commodity. Admittedly, they've got very good prices, but nevertheless I seriously doubt that I'd ever buy a second vehicle from this dealership, after this experience. I do not feel that the dealership is trust worthy - they were not up front letting me know that this vehicle only had one key and then refused to respond to my multiple emails communicating my grievances. #HorribleCustomerService I've tried calling back several times, and someone at the dealership tells me they're going to get back to me about attempting to fix the situation, and nothing happens. I've followed up with them on numerous occasions 8/13/2019, 9/28/2019 -- I'm still waiting on someone to get back to me to try and address the issues that I've outlined above. More
