Worst Service Dept Ever Encountered I own a Jaguar, a Toyota, a Lexus, and a Hyundai. In general, I have my cars serviced at the dealership where I purchased my car. I have now gone to Al Hendrickson service 3 times and I will never ever step foot in there again. Coconut Creek Hyundai is great and JM Lexus and Alpine Jaguar are the best there is when it comes to treating customers like they care and value your business. Al Hendrickson service is the worst of the worst. My 88 year old mom waited 2 3/4 hours for an oil change! They literally told her that she should take her business elsewhere if she didn't like it. Today, I decided to accompany my mom as she needs to have another key made. Chris was short and rude and said it would take a minimum of 1 1/2 hours to make a key. The cost of $118 for just the key (not a remote) seemed pretty outrageous too but it was his condescending and rude attitude that made me leave. Al Hendrickson needs to clean house and totally reevaluate how it wants customers to feel. More
#1 SCAMMERS IN SOUTH FLORIDA - YOU NEED TO READ THIS SHORT STORY. Got a 2015 Corolla, the financing person who I talked to "Carlos" said the bank approved me for my loan. First 45 days went by, no one SHORT STORY. Got a 2015 Corolla, the financing person who I talked to "Carlos" said the bank approved me for my loan. First 45 days went by, no one letter from the bank or the dealer. I call the dealer asking what is going on, no response, they always said "we will call you back". 5 months since the day I got my car, no one payment. Now, I call again to see if the knew anything, finally someone comes out saying I was never approved for the loan, I need to re-sign my contract. By now, the car has been at service 3 times with some dashboard noise. I m bring it the car back to them because it is a lemon. Please read the contract if you ever go there. 45 days to approve you. the make you go there again for more signing. COROLLAS HAS DASHBOARD PROBLEMS. More

They charge $2399 "Dealers Fees"... on any car purchase They will surprise you with wapping $2399 "Dealer's Fees".. This dealer fee is so high, it is insulting to anyone's level of intelligence.... They claim that $399 of that is for "Nitrogen" filled in all tires.. Purpose of Nitrogen in tires is to make the car/SUV little liter so you can save gas, and would not leak as much as it would when you put air in it.. Another insult to anyone's basic intelligence.. The nitrogen in the tires will never save you $399 in the entire lifetime of the car.. This dealership targeting idiots only.. Shop online and make sure you ask for hidden dealer fees.... it is just pure profit to the dealer, and should NEVER be more that $600. Even Mercedes dealer do not charge $600, let alone $2399... More
Quick, excellent service, great value! So I've finally figured out what vehicle I wanted after months of searching. Now it was time to do my research on what dealership I wanted to go to. I tried visiting what felt like every dealership that sold Toyotas in Broward and West Palm from Off Lease Only (I recommend you stay away from OLO!) Carmax, Lipton, Hollywood, Deerfield Beach and that doesn't even include all of the online shopping I did! I was honestly skeptical about even visiting Al Hendrickson, let alone purchasing my vehicle here due to the low ratings. But, a close friend of mine had just bought a truck there and he told me I should just go check it out. Soo, I thought, alright I'll see if they have what I want. I'll check their internet prices before I go and see what happens. Let me just give you my honest opinion...this place treated me so great! I've had my brand new Toyota Corolla S since May and I do not regret 1 thing about this car buying experience. My salesman was John Gali (sp.?), but I had a better experience with the Internet Sales manager Erik for sure. There was another gentlemen there, Zeke, and he's the one who really made it all happen. Anyways, they worked out a great deal for me. I told them I'd be back the next day and BOOM! The car was mine. I even brought my boyfriends mom with me and she ended up buying a car too! After we started talking about our experiences there, or neighbor went there, bought a new Toyota 4runner, and then our neighbors father went and bought a new Corolla! Talk about good word of mouth marketing along with good timing. Anyways, if you're reading this, then kudos to you for doing your research. Even if you're skeptical, I promise Al Hendrickson is worth the visit. They will not let you down. Just do your research, be firm, write down names, incentives/deals/numbers they throw at you and most importantly TRIPLE CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK (spelling, numbers, everything!) When you're getting ready to finance or purchase your vehicle. Just know that at the end of the day you're going to love your new vehicle and you'll know that you got the service and value you have been searching for. More

When to go, I had the idea to check the VIN number. Surprise...DIDN'T MATCH. I came back to the financial department and he re-did the contract. I signed , didn't know that he changed it for 60 months payment. Adding almost $1400 . No change in registration and no change on tag number. He promised to resolve that over night. I had to go back after few days to change the registration and the tag number. I discovered the contract interest after one day after they re-did the registration.... MY OPINION.... THE WORSE CASE SCENARIO TO BUY FROM THEM. AVOID THESE PEOPLE IF YOU CAN!!! More
