It is known for technician to blow off concerns as these. It’s claims sound insulation was placed inside the door panel aka foam tape which does nothing to remedy my concern considering my fault is poor workmanship in the door panel design aluminum trim piece is loose and still is I love wasting my time at a dealer to not have a repair complete considering I live 40 min away. More than likely won’t return here for service. My vehicle was brought to me by valet with the trunk open and pouring rain that was a plus for great service. More
BUYER BEWARE!!! THE USED CAR FINANCE DEPT. ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS....in particular I'm refferring to Jery and Johnny. They let me walk away for $95 when negotiating the price of the car then wasted my time an CROOKS....in particular I'm refferring to Jery and Johnny. After I agreed to paying a price for the car, they brought me in to discuss interest rates and. Offered me a rate that was at least 2% higher of what it should have been. They finally aggreed to lower the interest rate but then tried to force GAP insurance if they lowered the rate....stating the bank wouldnt offer the rate without GAP....BS! It wasnt until I threatened to go to chase bank that they agreed to everything. Jerry is a CROOK...he had me sign the finance contract electronically which he showed me no paperwork for not was I given any colored copies of. When I got home that afternoon after purchasing the car and going over my paperwork, I noticed that the price I was financing was not what I agreed to! I drove all the way back to the dealership for the 3rd time and Johnny procceeded to tell me that everything was correct (which it wasn't!). It was until I threatened to file a complaint with the attorney general that they told me to come in to fix it. I went on 10/7/19 to fix and they already had the CORRECT contract ready when I walked in. After reveiwing the new and old contract, I found that they had charged me for a roadside assistance package which I had declined any extras in the buying process. THIS IS ILLEGAL!!! HOW MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS HAVE THEY DONE THIS TO! Such a terrible way to run a business...ripping people off blindly!! I did not even receive an apology! I will never reccomend this dealer and will be proceeding further with this because it is totally WRONG! More
Convenience is key! I was able to drop my car off, and be shuttled to work. Later that day I got a phone call to schedule a pick up from work back to the dealer. Joe has poor customer service, is sarcastic & disrespectful We arrived with a request for cancellation of insurance from GAP and Joe offered us wrong information. We tried to explain to him our situation and as We arrived with a request for cancellation of insurance from GAP and Joe offered us wrong information. We tried to explain to him our situation and ask him to indicate in the cancellation of the insurance that the loan was paid off since 10 months ago; but he just wanted to do what was easier for him. We tried to reason with him but he began to speak sarcastically and has questioned our integrity. He said we wanted to do "fraud." When we get the cancellation form, we call the insurer directly and explain the situation. They did confirm that the cancellation of the GAP is at the date of the pay off of the loan. We sent the cancellation form by email and the insurer approved the cancellation 10 months before, when the loan pay off. Be carefull, and ask for what is whright. More

Honest People that "sell the truth" I was very impressed with my experience with Luther McKenzie at this dealership. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worked more on pairing me wit I was very impressed with my experience with Luther McKenzie at this dealership. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worked more on pairing me with a vehicle that meets my needs vs. just selling me a car. He followed up on all my questions and concerns and made me comfortable and confident spending $50,000 at this dealership. Ernie, the dealership's CEO, also made me feel important. He personally called me to answer a question on the numbers and was very transparent with me. As he put it, he "sells the truth", a statement that resonated with me and I can tell you he also backs it up. I highly recommend Luther and Al Hendrixson. These people are moving 1,500 to 1,800 cars a month everything down to their buying/procurement strategy of the cars they sell is set up for customers to walk away satisfied and without unexpected problems. P.S. Luther's hats also demonstrate his exceptional fashion prowess. More
