I waited almost 30 minutes before someone can help because they too busy trying to go home than took care of the customer. And on top of that, I came before two customer they ended up got service done because they too busy trying to go home than took care of the customer. Smoke and Mirrors Total scam I was a victim of a "spit sale" or "yo-yo deal". Initially i was given great service but instead of acknowledging their "error" I was treat Total scam I was a victim of a "spit sale" or "yo-yo deal". Initially i was given great service but instead of acknowledging their "error" I was treated like I was the one who did something wrong. One person who identified themselves as an employee called me " xxxx of the earth piece of xxxx". Even though I was truly a "victim" One month after I "purchased" the car I was told I had to bring the car back. No other options just "bring it back and we can act like this never happened". It's easy to pretend nothing happened when you don't care but looking my 4 little children in the eyes and telling them the car we NEEDED we have to give back is not something I can pretend. Philippe the sales person admitted he NEVER called to clarify the situation. Long story short this place to advantage of a single Mom and to ad insult to injury I wasn't even offered a "courtesy ride" home or an apology from anyone but the last person I spoke to. I will NEVER go back to this dealership NEVER recommend anyone go there. I have several recordings and video of this experience and will have them uploaded to FB soon. Shame on you AH Toyota!!! More
